Parts Interpreter required for truck dealership, Canada
Our client is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter with previous experience in a similar role with an approved truck retail dealer and will have strong mechanical / truck parts knowledge
Position: Assisting in the effective operation of the Parts Department by providing timely and efficient, administration, parts interpretation and customer services.
Main Duties: •Ordering parts and ensuring all corresponding paperwork and administration is correct and completed in a timely manner •Despatching stock if required ensuring necessary paperwork is correct and appropriate procedures are followed •Preparing invoices for stores to pick and pack and despatch •Identifying source parts/components including consulting catalogues and computer databases •Providing a professional level of customer service to both internal and external customer •Providing parts quotes for repair queries as required •Issuing parts to job orders efficiently and accurately
Candidates will have strong business / technical skills,(e.g. computing, negotiating, leadership, project management):
